We combine an overview of the property, a close visual inspection of the roof and facades and, when conditions allow, a thermal capture. Everything is delivered in a report that is easy to share with your inspector, roofer or lender.

Matrice 300 RTK, XT2 and light drones
Depending on the building's size and setting, we use the Matrice 300 RTK with the Zenmuse XT2 (thermal and 4K visible) or a light drone for small buildings in residential areas.

Yes, we can usually schedule a flight quickly, subject to weather, airspace and the current owner's permission.
Can the report be shared with my lender?
Yes. The report is designed to be shared and clearly states the method's limits.
Do you appraise the building's value?
No. We document the asset's apparent condition. Appraisals are done by a certified appraiser.
