Jean-François LeBlanc

Co-founder and drone pilot - Pilot Certificate, Advanced Operations (Transport Canada)

A Gatineau entrepreneur, Jean-François brings experience in inspection, operational safety, training and project management to DroneOptik360. A boater for more than 25 years, he was Commander of the Outaouais Squadron of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons from 2011 to 2016, where he helped train boaters and instructors. As founder of SeaBIOSe, he worked in underwater inspection and intervention, including on structures and hulls.

These experiences taught him to observe methodically, document findings, recognize the limits of an inspection and clearly communicate the next useful checks. A former Gatineau city councillor and founder of Cyberallié, a cybersecurity and artificial intelligence consulting firm, he also brings a strong culture of information protection. He has held Transport Canada's Pilot Certificate - Advanced Operations since October 2026.

His goal: collect useful aerial data and present it clearly, with close attention to safety and to the limits of each method.

Thierry Vicente

Co-founder - business development and real estate clients

Based in Gatineau, Thierry Vicente is a mortgage broker with the Multi-Prêts Hypothèques network, where for many years he has helped buyers, owners and investors finance residential and commercial projects. His work has been recognized within the network, where he ranked second in mortgage volume in Quebec in 2013 and 2014. He is a graduate of the Université du Québec en Outaouais.

At DroneOptik360, Thierry brings hands-on knowledge of what investors, lenders and owners need to know about a building before an acquisition, refinancing or renovation. He also helps provide the company's professional equipment, including the Matrice 300 RTK and its sensors.
